The Criminal Justice degree will prepare the student to work in a wide range of public and private service environments including law enforcement, probation, insurance, investigation and corrections.
The criminal justice degree program combines t he technical, administrative and interpersonal skills required of a legal professional with a strong foundation in the social, ethical and legal issues which he or she will confront on the job.
McIntosh College, in conjunction with a team of prominent local attorneys and paralegals, has developed a flexible and comprehensive program in Paralegal Studies which provides exposure to the academic and tech nical foundation necessary for a successful career in the paralegal field.
All McIntosh paralegal students receive intensive legal course work and a well-balanced curriculum of liberal arts, communications and business and computer courses.
In addition to traditional legal research training, paralegal majors receive computerized research training using Westlaw, one of the nation's most comprehensive on-line legal databases
